Shipping Policy

Mia Mea Clothing is committed to reliable, fully tracked shipping for all customers. This shipping policy explains our processing times, delivery times and procedures, so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, customs checks or weather disruptions. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

Mia Mea Clothing offers free tracked shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

Where Orders Ship From

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center. Your order may travel with more than one carrier, and your tracking link shows every step, including the local carrier that delivers your package.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order on the carrier's website or at any time here: https://miameaclothing.us/pages/track-your-order

Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show its first update after dispatch.

Delays

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, the area around your door and with your neighbors, and wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it for a $15 fee.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@miameaclothing.us.

Restrictions and Exceptions

We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but some factors are outside our control. Mia Mea Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather disruptions, carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
