Return Policy
At Mia Mea Clothing, we want you to have a pleasant shopping experience and excellent service. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please read the terms below.
Return Period
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, as described below.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged on arrival or is different from what you ordered, we offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. In this case, Mia Mea Clothing covers the return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Where Returns Go
Our orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center, and returns are sent back to the same overseas warehouse. You will receive the return address once your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a defect or an error on our part, such as a change of mind, size or fit, the customer pays for return shipping. The cost depends on the carrier and the weight of the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
Options to Keep Your Item
If you prefer not to ship your item back, let us know. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange for a different size or style for an $8 shipping fee (you keep the original item), or a partial refund so you can keep your purchase.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at info@miameaclothing.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
4. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging where possible.
5. Ship the item with a tracked service to the address in your approval email.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
